3. Purchasing and Payment

 

  • Payment: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes.

 

4. Intellectual Property and Digital Content

 

  • Ownership: All content provided on the Service, including text, images, book cover art, and the Products themselves, are the property of Shiromi Arserio or its content suppliers and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • Digital Product License: When you purchase a digital product (eBook or digital audiobook), you are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and read/listen to the content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

  • Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content for any other purpose without the prior written consent of Shiromi Arserio or the respective rights holders.

  • DRM (Digital Rights Management): Some digital products may be protected by DRM technology. You agree not to bypass, modify, defeat, or circumvent any security technology or software associated with the digital Products.

  • You may not use any content (including, but not limited to: images, video, audio, and text) on this site for purposes of AI training.

 

5. Returns and Refunds

 

  • All purchases are final unless due to damaged goods. Please see FAQ for more information.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

ShiromiSpeaks.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product.

 

7. Governing Law

 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State and the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
