Frequently asked questions

Physical book/audiobook orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days. Digital product orders are available for immediate download after payment confirmation.

All sales are final.

Unfortunately not at this time, but I am hoping to do so in the future.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.

In the event of damaged goods, please take a photo of the damaged book and packaging and email to help.shiromispeaks@gmail.com within 7 days for refund.

You'll receive an email from BookFunnel telling you how you can download your ebook or audiobook. Ebooks can either be read in the BookFunnel app or you can download the MOBI or EPUB version. Audiobooks are available either via the BookFunnel app, or as MP3 files to download.
